I do have a concern over rising costs. I understand that Joli is a premier salon, the rising costs of doing business, as well paying fair wages and providing benefits for employees which I appreciate. Today was the first time I was ever charged for my eyebrows while I was in the salon getting full-service cut, color and style. It took about three minutes to apply the color that was already mixed for my hair. I add a gratuity, and the cost has now hit the $200 mark. I have not even considered doing research into the amount charged for the same services at other premier salons in our vicinity, but at this time it may be time for me to compare. I’m just being honest.

Another fabulous appointment with Jill. She knows exactly what I want, and need, for my hair. Always looks fantastic.
